Before you enroll, a few things to know:

Emerald Health membership is not health insurance and does not replace it. It covers primary care only. We recommend keeping a separate insurance plan for emergencies, hospitalizations, specialist visits, and surgery.

Your membership fee covers the services included in your tier. Labs, imaging, and specialty referrals outside primary care typically involve additional cost, which can be covered under your insurance if appropriate.

Membership is month-to-month. A one-time $85 administrative fee applies at enrollment.
