Dr. Rachel Kelly and Dr. Anne Gonzalez, our Board Certified Internist and Family Medicine/Geriatrician, only care for less than 400 patients together– that is 7 times less than the national average! We can reserve enough time to thoroughly address your concerns at our relaxed, extended visits. Besides in-office visits, we can do phone visits, virtual video visits, e-mail, and we even text! We want to partner with you to achieve your best health.

We provide all the routine primary care medical services

Convenient same day or next day visits.

Appointments last from 30-90 minutes

Follow-up appointments are included as often as warranted.

You will experience healthcare like a true VIP. Your doctor will get to know you and your individual health needs in a way that you’ve likely never experienced before.
How does it work?

We do not bill insurance within our office to decrease administrative costs and pass the savings on to you.

We encourage all of our patients to have at least catastrophic health insurance if possible.

If you have insurance, you can continue to use your insurance for medicines, labs, xrays, if it's less expensive to use insurance.

We give our patients efficient access to their doctors.

We offer fairly priced medications and labs, and a breadth of in-office treatments and procedures.
